Originally from New Plymouth, New Zealand, Beth found her love for yoga years ago while studying under her first teacher, Yuko, in Edinburgh. After moving to Malaysia, her passion grew through the inspiring community at Yoga Shakti.
What started as a personal practice soon became a lifelong journey. Now, Beth shares her love for yoga and mindfulness with others — creating a warm, welcoming space where every body can move, breathe, and grow.
